Weddings and backyard parties keep us busy all summer, but tables and chairs are just as often booked for the events that move indoors once the weather turns: holiday parties, indoor wedding receptions and showers, church and VFW hall dinners, and December corporate gatherings across Avon, Westlake, Lakewood, and the rest of Greater Cleveland.

Perfect for Winter & Indoor Events

When temperatures drop, we shift right along with you: tables and chairs delivered to American Legion and VFW halls, church fellowship halls, community centers, and banquet spaces across the west side, no tent needed. December is one of our busiest months for tables and chairs, driven by company holiday parties and family gatherings too big for a dining room. Venues and dates fill up fast between Thanksgiving and New Year’s, so we recommend booking holiday events several weeks out.

Do you deliver tables and chairs without a tent?

Yes. Tables and chairs are a standalone rental, no tent required. We deliver and set them up right in a hall, community center, or living room, then pick them up when the event is over.

Do you rent tables and chairs in the winter?

Absolutely. Table and chair rentals run year-round, and winter is genuinely one of our busiest seasons for them thanks to holiday parties, indoor wedding receptions, and church and banquet hall events. Availability is usually better than peak wedding season, but December weekends still book up.

How far in advance should we book for a December event?

As early as you can once the date is set. Holiday party season runs from Thanksgiving through New Year’s, and VFW halls, church spaces, and community centers get reserved quickly, so the venue’s calendar often fills before ours does. A few weeks out is usually fine; the first two weekends of December are the ones that go first.
